Revelation Ch 15:1-3

Here in chapter 15 we are going to cover the song of Moses and what those that overcome will be saying.

Chapter 15

15:1 this sign is from heaven. The seven angels are mentioned seven times (Rev 15:6, 7, 8; 16:1; 17:1; 21:9). Seven in biblical numeric signifies spiritual completeness; this wrath will complete things.

15:2 sea of glass: symbolic of purity. Remember that Moses and all the Israelites overcame the plagues in Egypt without harm! They also crossed the Red Sea and God delivered them as He will deliver us out of this time when the antichrist comes to earth. Fire: God is a consuming fire (Heb 12:29). Beast: deals with one world system. Number: 666. These are a part of the winning side.

15:3 Song of Moses: Deuteronomy 32. Song of the Lamb: Rev 15:3-4. Through these songs we are given the knowledge to overcome the Beast (Satan).

Deuteronomy 31:30- 32:1-

32:1-2 heaven and earth addressed by the words of God. Distil H 5140; drop, flow. The words of the Lord will drop and bring growth to us. We will be given the wisdom to overcome.

32:3-4 Rock: this is Jehovah; our Rock of whom we stand upon. Rock is used of Jehovah five times, which signifies “grace” in biblical numeric.

32:5 these are the kenites, those of the seed of Satan (compare: Matt 13:36-43; John 8:43-45). Those that have the key of David will know who the kenites are (compare: Rev 3:7).

32:6 requite H 1580; to treat a person (well or ill). He created you; all souls belong to God (compare: Ezekiel 18:4).

32:7 remember the things that happened long ago. Build that foundation of truth. (Compare: Deut 6:7; 11:19; Prov 22:6).

32:8 He created each people and nation according to how He saw fit. Adams children were separated for the seed line of Christ.

32:9 lot H2256; a rope or line used to measure. We were all created for the Lords pleasure (compare: Rev 4:11).

32:10 apple H380; pupil of the eye. God protects His own with great diligence.

32:11 this is how our Father protects us. Satan cannot harm us; we have power over him (compare: Luke 10:19). Even when we are out alone it would seem and lost, God is there to love, guide, and touch us when we need Him.

32:12 don’t allow strange doctrines to come in or the worship of another like the antichrist lead you away.

32:13 He took care of Him as He takes care of His own.

32:14 Bashan: this means the best or choicest. Only the best will be given to the children of God.

32:15 Jeshurun: a symbolic name for Israel when they have become “fat and happy” with the things of the world and no longer rely on God. When the good times start to roll, His children often sometimes forget God (even after God has provided the very best for them). Don’t ever forget to thank God for all He does.

32:16-17 our God is a jealous God (Deut 6:15). He does so much for us and many just spit in His face with idol worship.

32:18 God created us and many forget about Him to worship traditions of men (Easter, rapture, etc.). These have turned their back on Him and wonder why their life is miserable and they have no peace.

32:19-20 froward H8419; perverse. God has feelings and is angry with those that seek idols to put their trust in. They have no faith in God.

32:21 vanities H1892; emptiness. (Compare: Rom 10:19). Don’t be in this group of people.

32:22 God will consume the evil elements or parts of this world with none of His being affected (compare: 2 Peter 3:10; Dan 3). Fear not!

32:23 “I” is used twice for emphasis. We are to wear the gospel armor against the arrows of Satan, but there is nothing that can stop the arrows of God. God will send those that want to believe a lie “strong delusions” (compare: 2 Thess 2:11).

32:24 the ways of Satan will devour them. Falling away from God will bring this sin on them. (Compare: Gen 3:14).

32:25 don’t let fear overtake you! Fear comes from Satan; God brings peace.

32:26 there are no tears in heaven because those that don’t make it are blotted out, never to be remembered again.

32:27 we don’t want the enemy to take credit for what God is and has done. They like to steal what God has done for themselves.

32:28 they that try and take credit for what God has done are idiots. Without God we have nothing.

32:29 they need to understand what their end will be. Unfortunately they are without wisdom.

32:30 they bring their punishment upon themselves.
