There shouldn’t be any guessing when it comes to God’s word. Jesus has foretold us all things (Mark 13:23). If you are willing to take the time and study the word of God you will not be fooled. Those that are willing to study His word and find out the truth will not be fooled when the Antichrist comes claiming to be Jesus.
Ephesians 1:1-5
1:1-3 Jesus is the reason for us being blessed.
1:4-5 foundation G 2598/2602; katabole, overthrow (when Satan rebelled against God and was overthrown). Those people, who stood with God during the overthrow, stand with Him now. They are not deceived.
Ezekiel 28:12-19
28:12 tyrus H 6865; a rock. (compare “rock” Deut 32:31). Their rock is not our Rock. Their rock as it is said in the song of Moses is Satan. Tyrus is another name of Satan. He was created full of beauty and wisdom.
28:13 (see side notes in companion bible). Satan was created by God. He was and never will be born of woman.
28:14 (compare Isa 14:12-14). Satan used to be the cherub that protected the mercy seat (the seat of God). Pride came in and caused him to want to take the mercy seat and be God. This makes Satan antichrist (anti is a Greek word that means instead of).
28:15 iniquity H 5766; evil. Pride caused the evil. Satan wanted to be God.
28:16 Satan is no longer to serve in the presence of God. Satan is sentenced to death!
28:17 brightness H 3314; splendor. Ground H 776; earth. Satan will be cast down to the earth. The kings and all other people will be ready to follow after him thinking he is Jesus. Don’t be fooled!
28:18 (compare Rev 20:10). Satan is the only one sentenced to the second death by name. He is the serpent, that old dragon, the Devil, the false prophet and the antichrist. These names are all roles he plays to deceive the multitude. Take the time to study and learn the word of God, so you will not be deceived.
28:19 many false teachers would have you believe lies about Satan and how he comes in. the antichrist will not come in bringing war and destruction to the world. He comes in quit the opposite, he wants you to believe he is Jesus Christ!
Daniel 8:23-25
8:23-24 (compare Rev 9:4 “seal of God”). Understanding dark sentences: wise in speech, cunning in words uses trickery in speech. This is the antichrist. He is supernatural. He will deceive all who don’t have the seal of God in their minds.
8:25 policy H 7922; intelligence. Craft H 4820; deceiving, fraud, deceit. The antichrist arrives at the sixth trump. He will deceive and destroy with peace. The Prince of princes (Jesus Christ) comes back at the seventh trump. Broken without hand: supernaturally (compare Isa 11:4, 2 Thess 2:8, Rev 19:19-20, Mic 5:5-7, Nah 1:11, Isa 10:12, Isa 31:8, Isa 14:25, Zech 10:11).
Daniel 11:21-22
11:21 antichrist comes in peaceably, using flatteries! Satan will bring a false sense of security by bringing prosperity to all who worship him.
11:22 Satan will take over at the 6th trump, 6th seal, 6th vial. His number is 666. Don’t be deceived! All who are in league with him will be swept away.
Matthew 24:1-6/22-27
24:1-2 Antichrist sets himself up as Jesus in Jerusalem at the 6th trump. At the 7th trump Jesus comes back and cleans house!
24:3-4 first warning is about being deceived! This deception comes from traditions of men and false doctrines. Satan has many victories within the churches and Christians by them believing many false traditions.
24:5-6 what is the opposite of wars? Remember Antichrist comes in peaceably. When you begin to hear of world peace, then start to pay attention. Skip to verse 22.
24:22-23 why should we not believe its Christ? Because Jesus doesn’t return until the 7th trump. If you worship anyone before then, you will be worshipping the antichrist. Did Jesus say: “you don’t need to worry about any of this, because you will fly away”. We will be here, fear not, don’t believe the lies of Satan.
24:24 heed the warning of Jesus. Don’t allow anyone to deceive you! Satan is going to look like Christ but speak as the Devil. He will have supernatural powers (compare Rev 13:11-13).
24:25-27 don’t allow anyone to tell you Christ has returned until after the 7th trump (compare 1 Cor 15:52). We will all be in spiritual bodies at that point in time.
2 Thessalonians 2:1-7
2:1 the subject is the gathering back to Him. It is not that complicated.
2:2-3 before Jesus returns there will be a great apostasy. The world will abandon their previous religion to worship after the son of perdition. Remember the son of perdition is Satan. Satan must come first!
2:4 Satan will set his throne up in Jerusalem claiming to be Jesus Christ. The majority will worship him. The majority will believe his lies (compare Rev 13:8).
2:5-6 Michael is holding Satan in heaven. He will continue to hold him until he kicks him out (compare Rev 12:7-9).
2:7 the word letteth is a transitive verb. It refers one back to the previous verse. Michael is holding Satan in heaven, but he will kick him out onto earth. That is when those who have the seal of God in their minds will stand for the true God. Don’t let the antichrist fool you, learn how to identify him.
